Pasta Salad
Jalapeño Popper Pasta Salad transforms a favorite party appetizer into a creamy pasta salad loaded with bacon, Cheddar, and spicy peppers. Rich, cheesy, and packed with just the right amount of heat, it’s perfect for cookouts, potlucks, and picnics.
12 ounces dry farfalle or rotini pasta
8 ounces whipped cream cheese spread
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (4-ounce) can diced jalapeños (with liquid)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 cup chopped green onions, plus more for garnish
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled; drain well.
Stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapeños, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl until well combined.
Add cooled pasta and toss until evenly coated. Fold in bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 3 days. Garnish with additional green onions before serving.
